COVID-19 Schedule & Policies - Lake Travis:
Recreational Gymnastics & Parkour
Please note, anyone who was enrolled into any recreational class before COVID-19, was not charged in May, and will not be charged unless you
re-enroll your child.
All of our regularly scheduled year-round class times have been put on a hold. Once we are able to operate at full capacity, more selections of classes will be put online, and you may sign up for what fits your schedule. If you have a request for a class or time, please feel free to email us!
PLEASE NOTE- Our WAYA location's reopening will be determined by the Youth Association board of directors. An email will go out as soon as we have any update.
Options for Limited Space Sign Ups:
Monthly Sign Ups: This will consist of recurring monthly billing on the 1st of each month. You will have your spot held in this particular class and time each week. Any requests for class changes or drop requests will need to be submitted in writing to email@example.com.
Pricing is $95.00/ month | Pro rated tuition will be charged at time of sign up for May start dates.
ALL sign ups will need to be done through the online parent portal, and a credit card must be on file. NO DROP INS.
Week by Week Sign Up: You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a spot for the week of in particular class. Please include the class name & time, and which children you would like to have attend. Classes will be on a first come first serve basis, and we can not guarantee a spot. When we receive your request, you will receive a call from us, confirming your spot is reserved for the week, and to put a card on file for you.
Pricing is: $30.00/ Class
WE WILL NOT BE SCHEDULING MAKE UPS DURING LIMITED CLASSES. (If you’re enrolled monthly, we will mark your absence, and when full schedule classes are able to resume, you may use them then, or any previous makeups on the account)
Schedules are subject to change, at any time. You will be notified via email if this occurs. We are always taking requests for classes/times, should you want or need anything in particular, please let us know, and we can add it to a wishlist. Grab a group of friends of buddies, and we will create a class for you.
We will send an email out on the Friday before your scheduled week to give you instructions on which designated door to use and who your coach will be for your class.
Temperatures will need to be taken by the parent. Please bring your own thermometer, you will need to take the temperature of your child, and show it to your coach at time of drop off. Anyone with 99.7 will be denied entry.
NO DROP IN’S, YOU MUST SCHEDULE A CLASS THROUGH THE PARENT PORTAL.
There is a new COVID-19 policy in your parent portal that will need to be accepted before granted entrance. Please do this at home before your class time, we will not have any computers available to be used.
Read over and verbally accept you have not been in contact or shown any symptoms in the last 14 days of COVID-19.
Please have your child use the restroom before class
EVERYONE ENTERING THE BUILDING WILL NEED TO USE HAND SANITIZER.
Due to social distancing guidelines, our lobby is only able to hold VERY FEW parents. We are asking anyone able to drop off, and wait in their car, to please do so.
PLEASE BE 5 MINUTES EARLY TO DROP OFF AND PICK UP.
We reserve the right to deny any parent or child entrance to the building if they are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, and will be marked in our system.
Masks are recommended, but not required.
You must bring your own water bottle. Water fountains, cups, and snacks will not be provided.
Please have children wear easy slip off shoes/sandals and no socks. Shoes need to be left outside of the door.
Anyone entering the building must sanitize their hands immediately, and children will need to use sanitizer or wash hands after classes.
